Lead generation website for an oven cleaner

A website for The Oven Cleaner, a local oven cleaning business covering West Sussex and the Hampshire border, built to turn searches into phone calls and quote requests, with local pages for Bognor Regis, Chichester, Arundel and Emsworth and a quote form that takes photos of the oven.

A one man business that needed the phone to ring

Alisdair Murray has been cleaning ovens for over 17 years, and nearly all of his work comes from people nearby searching for an oven cleaner. The website had one job: show up when someone in Bognor Regis, Chichester, Arundel or Emsworth searches, earn their trust quickly, and make it as easy as possible to call or ask for a price. Oven cleaning is hard to quote without seeing the oven, so the enquiry form also needed to take photos, letting Alisdair send back a proper price rather than a guess.

Designed around the call and the quote

We built a friendly, bright brand presence led by Alisdair himself, so visitors know exactly who is coming into their kitchen. Every page is laid out to move people towards a phone call or a quote request. Key execution highlights:

  • Personal, owner-led hero with his photo, 17+ years of experience and the 4.9 rating up front
  • Click-to-call number and a free quote button in the header, the hero and the close of every page
  • Clear service breakdown for single and double ovens, range cookers and AGAs, hobs, extractor hoods and microwaves
  • A simple three step explanation of how a visit works, answering the questions that stop people booking
  • Customer reviews from named towns and villages across the area, building local trust
  • Fast, mobile-first build, since most people search for an oven cleaner on their phone

A quote form that takes photos

We built a custom enquiry form that asks only what Alisdair needs to price a job: name, phone number, postcode and what needs cleaning, with an optional note for the make and model. Customers can drag in or snap up to five photos of their oven straight from their phone.

The details and photos are emailed straight to Alisdair and nothing is stored on the website, which keeps it simple and keeps customer data out of harm's way. Spam protection runs quietly in the background, so there are no puzzles to solve before sending, and customers who would rather talk get a phone number and his calling hours right beside the form.

Local pages, SEO and AI optimisation

We wrote the content for the whole site and gave each of the main towns its own page, so Alisdair can rank for the searches that actually bring in work. It is the same local approach behind our Bognor Regis website design and Chichester website design work for trades and small businesses.

  • Dedicated pages for oven cleaning in Bognor Regis, Chichester, Arundel and Emsworth, each written for its own area
  • Surrounding villages named on each page, from Felpham and Pagham to Bosham, Selsey, Fontwell and Hayling Island
  • Local business structured data, so search engines understand the service, the phone number and the areas covered
  • Question-led FAQ content on price, products, timings and coverage, written to be quoted by Google and AI assistants
  • Unique titles, descriptions and headings on every page, targeting the terms local customers search for
