Thirty years of experience

Adrian Cobb has been treating back pain, neck pain and sports injuries since qualifying in 1991, including work with players from London Wasps and Harlequins. His patients book by phone, so the website had two jobs: show someone in pain that they are in experienced hands, and make calling or messaging the clinic the obvious next step. It also had to serve two very different areas, his clinic on North Bersted Street in Bognor Regis and his room at Kew Medical Practice in Richmond.

A calm, clinical design built around booking

We designed a clean, reassuring site in deep navy and clinical blue with a classic serif, so it feels like a professional practice rather than a template. Every page leads towards a call or a message. Key execution highlights:

Phone number in the header of every page, with call and WhatsApp buttons in the booking section

Putting the practitioner first

With a chiropractor, the person matters as much as the treatment. Adrian has his own section with his qualifications, his registration as a chiropractor and acupuncturist, and his memberships of the British Chiropractic Association, the British Medical Acupuncture Society and the International Federation of Chiropractic Sports.

Sports injuries and the Graston Technique each get their own section too, with photography from his work with professional rugby players, so runners, gym goers and athletes can see straight away that he understands their problem.
